"Can’t try on and can’t get refund if you get them home and don’t like. But you can return for store credit. Doesn’t make sense whether you try them on “in the store” or “at home” all results in the same as far as germs are concerned.. even worse to take home and bring back. They’re only keeping this policy so they are guaranteed to keep your money. Also the man and women are very rude!!! I would not recommend this store!!!!"

"The owners, specifically the woman, are very rude. I attempted to return an item with the receipt and tag. The tag Was detached as it popped off when I attempted to try it on after I purchased it. Note, the dressing room isn’t open due to COVID restrictions right now. The woman owner immediately told me that it didn’t pop off as I describe and questioned me. I proceed to reinforce what I initially said and she continued to reject my explanation. She was rude, impatient, and couldn’t care less about maintaining any level of professionalism. I began to explain I am the consumer and that tone was inappropriate. She paid me no mind and said she would except the return. I was offend and cancelled the exchange and left the items I was intending on purchasing behind. Absolutely no level of professionalism. Spend your money where consumer respect is genuine And definitely not at this store!"
