"A wonderful beach costs an entrance fee"
"The sunset is always beautiful and looks unreal sometimes. The deers are cute."
"One of the nicest beaches north of Virginia. So clean and well maintained. Water is so warm, calm, and shallow. Excellent for children. Doesn’t have a boardwalk, but the quality of the beach is better than anything in NJ. No comparison. Best feature of the beach is the shaded areas. They have two break areas, with a place to even borrow a book to read. It’s technically a public beach but it’s not so straightforward to gain entry. Need to pay for parking and per person. Check out the photos below, one should be a panorama."
"This is a very nice and well kept beach. There is a lot of parking near the beach, with a small concessions stand. The reason it can stay nice is because you have to be a member to park, so otherwise you have to access through Uber or on foot. Makes sense because it’s different than the other overrun beaches. When the tide is in, the surf is shallow for a bit, so it’s good for kids who want to just waddle and explore. There is also a trail around the point but we didn’t explore that area."
"This is my current favorite beach in Connecticut. It's extremely beautiful, very clean and also has a great trail which goes around in a loop. It takes about 40 minutes to finish the walk, it's super worth it because most of it is along the beach and you get lovely sunset views. Ideal place for picnics too, there are tables right by the beach. Only drawback is that we have to take an Uber here since we don't live in Greenwich and hence can't get beach passes :("
