"Love this place. Doggy heaven. I had to save my boy from the safety swim buoy lines when he became entangled. He was so confused and scared. I felt like a true hero when I swam through the water in my clothes to rescue him. Never forget."

"Went with my sister, niece and nephews. Super hot day and this was the closest place to swim. Super small area not the greatest but not too many people when we went. We had a good time until we left and were met with a cop at the parking area. She did not say anything to the family ahead of us but came up to us specifically and said this place is for Dudley residents only. Without even asking if we were residents, just assuming.. we asked her if someone made a call about us since she is targeting only us and she said no she’s just letting everyone know (false since the people in front of us were told nothing and she left right after talking to us). We were only there max two hours maybe. We also weren’t rowdy and we cleaned up after ourselves. It’s a shame, just wanted the kids to have a place to cool off and have a little fun. To then be confronted by police after. It was clear someone at the lake targeted us for a specific reason and it was very clear to us why… So sad, calling the cops on kids just enjoying a quick swim.. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend even going to this town."
