"I’ve been to many B&N, this one we were treated so poorly. My friends and I were studying for finals, I asked the cafe worker if we could push two small tables together. She said it was fine. 2 hours later, a woman comes up and tells us there are more customers coming in that need a place to sit, so she was “going to have to take our table to provide tables for PAYING customers.” We were paying customers. We had been there two hours our drinks were consumed & trashed. Then she went and asked the barista if we purchased drinks. We left. We didn’t have a problem surrendering a table for people to sit, even though that meant 2 of us would have to use our laps, its an issue of how you treat people based on the misinformed assumptions your making. Also, there were two tables open when she proceeded to take ours. This B&N should purchase more 4-seater tables and this problem wouldn’t exist. All other B&Ns have 2-4 big tables. This B&N only has one."
