"This is a review specifically for the YSoA Gallery Space: I am continually disappointed by the treatment of visitors at this space. There is a sign to call the guard who will let you in upon arrival, but the past few times I’ve come nobody seems to answer. I, alongside many visitors, have been left waiting in the cold for up to half an hour. Luckily architecture students have saved us every time, apologizing on behalf of the lack of management and leadership. Based on many conversations, it seems as if there is deep dissatisfaction with certain staff. From not orienting the gallery attendant properly to disrespecting students and their work in North Gallery space, it seems like the gallery deserves someone better. And to be clear, the exhibitions have been wonderful, but it is impossible not to separate these occurrences from the entire visitor experience."
