"Dave was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. With 9 groomsmen and a custom tuxedo rental for the groom, he didn’t let us fail. Our groomsmen lived in several different states and our order came in perfect. The measurement cards were key. Even if something didn’t fit at the time of pickup, they were prepared with alternative sizes for the groomsmen. Thank you Dave for a great experience!"
"We rented two (expensive) tuxedos as part of a wedding party rental. The fitting seemed off - my husband kept saying he thought things were tighter than they should be, but they insisted it was “how it should be.” When he went to pick everything up the day before the wedding, the pants were so tight the thigh nearly split trying them on. The vest was also too small to button. They reluctantly fixed both with larger sizes. The shoes were so badly worn and scratched for my husband that he refused them (got $25 off the rental price) and decided to wear his own instead. My son’s shirt was an adult shirt - far too long for him by several inches. Their solution was not to get the right size, but to “French cuff the sleeves” on just his tux. Brought them home and started taking the pieces apart to realize the shirts were wrinkled. When he went to iron them himself, we found makeup, dirt and grease stains on them (see photos). We didn’t have time to go back to exchange so we treated and cleaned ourselves that morning before the wedding. At the wedding, several groomsmen were missing accessories and two buttons fell off two different jackets. When my husband brought back the tuxes the day after the wedding and mentioned the stains - and showed them the photos- they just said sorry and that he should’ve checked before leaving with them the day he picked them up. We’ve rented tuxedos for several events before and not had issues like this. This was the first - and will definitely be the last - from Camillo’s."
"I am getting married two days from this post. I started the journey for my dream suit approximately 2-3 months ago, maybe longer. I dealt with Dave from the beginning, he has been nothing short of spectacular. He was meticulous in every measure, constantly triple checking everything, going above and beyond his duties. He made a high anxiety person such as myself at ease, which is not an easy accomplishment. He was helpful, thorough, polite, well mannered and experienced/ knowledgeable. I felt in was in great hands throughout the whole process. Dave could not have done better in my eyes. I completely beyond pleased with the customer service, attentiveness, and skill that was done in the process of tailoring my suit. Highly recommend Dave. Thank you."
"I had two problems the day of the wedding with a broken top shirt button and a broken cufflink. Fortunately the shirt comes with spare buttons and I have a spare cufflink of mine. Word to the wise; try the suit on well before the occasion. I'm also not a fan of clip-on bow ties. Go big or go home!"
"Mixed feelings. The guys are great but they are WAY TOO BUSY for their own good. A third person or an assistant is definitely needed. Too many details were missed. Like giving us the wrong color vest for our tux. Mixing up names of Groomsmen. As a result: getting the pants size mixed-up."
