"I’ve shopped this store with my son who wears Orthocics they have always been very helpful. After my raving how great they are I bring a friend that has some problems finding the RIGHT shoes. We explained what the issues were and the woman never came out from behind the desk. She said you have to just try them on and see.. they are Velcro. I was upset and embarrassed. We left with nothing so they lost 2 sales today,( hers and mine) and probably a customer. I shop small business for the customer service .. today I was.VERY DISAPPOINTED"

"The red wing boots i got there are amazing. I will never buy another brand of boot again. Worth the extra money. Owner is a true salesman. Made me feel real good about my purchase and got me into the extra inserts. Its real hard to talk me into buying that type of stuff but they make a huge difference. The machine to size up your feet they have is really cool. Im a mechanic on my feet all day and my boots take a lot of abuse from oil and the concrete floor. Had my boots over a year, will be going back soon to get some new soles put on. Might even get another pair!"
