"Had a bad experience yesterday at this store - the store hours were posted as 11am opening, but upon arrival (after a 45 min drive to get there) we found the door locked at 11:10 and a hand-written sign saying "opening at 12:00 for inventory." We killed time with our young kids in the cold nearby and then came back at 12:00 to find that someone had changed it to 12:30 on the scribbled sign! We knocked and requested an exception be made since we drove so far, but they were unwilling to open the door at all, so we had to leave without entering and shopping there. Apparently this store operates like a half-rate local yockle establishment, with little care for basics such as opening when you say you will open, nor good customer service. Never again will I enter that store, and pretty turned off from the retailer altogether after the chilly response from the employees yesterday."
