"Great place for dogs! Watch out for copper heads and black rat snakes though! We've seen an eagle on occasion in the field."
"I definitely give this place a five-star rating it is my first time here and I will definitely come back and do the loop again there is so many beautiful things to see here like hanging on metals which you will cross over and then you can go right down to the Connecticut River and get a great view down there. You also will cross some power lines with an amazing view once you start the hike if you stay to the right and do the loop. I followed the all trails app and did the loop it took me about 2 and 1/2 hours and I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you are into hiking you will absolutely love it here so many beautiful views to see."
"A fun scenic hike along the river through an old golf course"
"Interesting trails. No markers as you get into wetlands. We could not get to scenic vista due to high water."
"Really beautiful park with streams and valleys to start and breathtaking views of the Connecticut River at the end. In between stop and watch ducks and beaver in the wetlands and count the wildflowers along a tall grass pasture. Apart from some elevation down and back to the river, it is an easy walk with a smooth wide trail (much of it paved) for most of the walk. (Early July is deerfly season and they are abundant!)"
