"I just emptied an Arnoff portable storage unit that's been sitting at their warehouse (outdoors) since October 2020. The floor is rotted out in places, my furniture is moldy and has rot. Boxes are wet on the bottom. Really disappointing...but our experience with Arnoff has been pretty blah since the beginning. They were very helpful and eager to book our business, but then there were times when facility closed early and we couldn't access our unit in Lakeville. When we moved out, they charged us for rent because of computer problems...just general small stuff that makes you lose trust in a company. I wouldn't use them again. Update. The photos of the Arnoff unit are of water damage to the floor that allowed moisture and water to come from beneath the unit. This is one of Arnoff's "weatherproof" (per the Arnoff website) portable storage containers. Arnoff called with a very generous solution to refund our security deposit and not charge us July rent for the damage add inconvenience. (Security deposit is due us to begin with, so no favor there.)"
