"I went this morning with my son. A woman helped us. Very dry and I felt like we were bothering her. Sorry, but for that high price and attitude, I'll go somewhere else for a cheaper price and maybe a smile."
"Unfortunately, I have to say that my experience at this JAB was well below average. I used this JAB to rent suits for my wedding. When a couple of my groomsmen and I came in to be measured, they were severely understaffed (only 1 person arrived on time for their shift) so we ended up waiting for over 45 mins to be measured for our suits. Then when I went to pickup my suit 30 days later, it was completely different staff and no one felt the need to approach me to ask me how they could help. They were either preoccupied with inventory or just going into the back room to take a break. Ultimately I'm glad my suit was fitted nicely, but there were details like the cuff length that I wasn't happy with. I honestly didn't trust them to have my suit re-hemmed in time for my wedding (two days later), so I just accepted it and got out of there as quickly as possible. My overall impression is that they have a lot of turnover of staff and very limited standard of quality, both in their products and customer service. I'll be looking for alternatives to JAB next time I need a suit."
"TERRIBLE service, we came here to pick out suits for our wedding. The manager (later to find out) barley lifted her head to say hello. We explained to her what we were there for, it felt so awkward..almost like she did not want us to be there. The place is a disaster, clothes everywhere completely unorganized. She quickly called back to another employee to help us, clearly she did not want anything to do with us and passed us along. The other employee was a little bit friendlier but not much. When we were talking about price with him seeing as there would be 13 men purchasing a suit and asked if there was some sort of percentage off for the amount of business we would bring the manager yelled over from across the room. We asked if she wanted to come over and talk to us we would love to chat but she didn’t move, instead she talked from behind the counter. We ended up walking out and bringing our business elsewhere. So sad to see this store go down hill, everyone used to be so friendly and kind. And was also such a bummer as this was supposed to be an exciting time for us."
"Where do I start with this horrid establishment. To start things off they didn’t record 2/10 of the groomsmens suit measurements so they had to go back a week before the wedding to get re-fitted. On top of that, the groom requested slim fit for everything. Not one thing was slim fit that we tried on, the jackets were LONG and airy, the pants were baggy as heck, like it was 1999 defjam clothing, and the shirt fit like a pirate. Extremely baggy, and the woman described it as “baloony”. When I personally went in to try my suit on for the first time, she handed it to me and said have a nice day. She did not ask me to try it on, even after knowing there had been issues with our parties suits. I said can I try this on and get pinned out? Oh sure yes, wel the tailor isn’t here so how it fits is how it fits, but you should be good. For $280 to rent this suit, I’d have been better off having ray charles fit me. To top it off, when I got home and tried on both shoes(only tried one on in the store), I noticed specs of either dirt or puke on them(photo attached). With everything going on in the world you’d think they would hold themselves to a high standard of sanitizing and cleaning their garment. To make things better, the two times I went to the store multiple employees sitting on their phones not helping customers. The manager yelled at them in front of customers, very unprofessional and made it awkward to even be in there. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, and I will go out of my way to never let somebody shop here and waste their money."
"I paid over $300.00 for a custom fitted suit and had Jos. A Bank do the tailoring as well. This is what I got in return… l visited the store on 4 different occasions in 5 weeks because they had kept making a mistake. But I gave them chance after chance to redeem themselves. The manager Steven worked directly with me and the day before the wedding, the suit was returned to me still way too big on the pants, double press marks all over the pants, stitching missing and holes at the bottom. I was told word for word, “our machine is broken, I don’t know what else you expect from us. If you want, take it to Milford and see what they say.” This is how you treat customers? Don’t go here if you are looking for a suit, tux, etc. They will do the same thing to you. I hate to leave a bad review and I support local businesses but these people straight up had taken my money and said not our problem after I ordered the suit 5 weeks before the wedding and was promised it would be done and not ruined way before that."
