Connecticut Science Center Garage (Propark)

"I would give it zero stars if I could. I went there with my daughter a few days ago and I drive a Tahoe. On the first floor there is parking for cars “70” high” so I park there. A guy comes out and blocks my spot as I’m backing in and tells me I can’t park there. Keep in mind he also parked there as well but he drives a very tiny car I think like a Nissan versa and parked in the same lot that I did WITH A SIGN that says 70” or high parking only. I stated to him that my car is the height limit and that he parked his car in there too. He stated that he is an employee that gets to park there. Very rude. He got a lady who came out who started screaming at us while my kid was in the car telling me to move my car. I moved because my daughter was in the car and I didn’t want to frighten her. As we were leaving after visiting the wonderful science center, I see many small cars parked in the 70” high lot. I paid for my parking and the guy would not look at me or say anything to me. Very rude! Zero customer service skills with entailed employees"

"Easy parking is located in the relative quiet corner of city. Inexpensive price, friendly user interface kiosk. You have to go downstairs to pay before you come back to car. Only one elevator is working for some reason on Saturday."

"This is the worst parking lot I've ever been in. They advertise EV chargers but don't provide signs or instructions for where they are. They don't provide stairs to the museum then only provide one elevator. They don't provide AC in the room everyone waits in for the one elevator. They wait until you get to the elevator to tell you to get the ticket out of your car because they won't take payment at the exit."

"So went to a wonderful event at the Science Center. Half way through the fire alarm went off. We we're told to evacuate. The smart people at LAZ won't let anyone out without paying even though fire alarms are going off.The $5 dollars they will collect from each car is more important than safety. So while waiting I call the the phone number, the lady say "we have to charge everybody. Great Job LAZ."

"One the best family experiences, kids had a blast and parents too. Looking to updated to get the family membership. If you have little ones bring extra changing clothes because they have water area to explore it’s great"
