Cromwell Landing

"So today I stopped at the Cromwell landing near the river and it was a nice peaceful walk. I ended up walking pass the gated part where the stop sign was and headed out towards the back fields which were little bit overgrown but there is still a path. There is a huge downed tree that blocks the entire path way back there. I tried to find a way around it but had no luck there is an opening where you can look at the River from in the back. Definitely a bit muddy back. There. They also have picnic tables grills and out house."

"Very nice little area. It has some grills and tables,and a very clean portable potty. It's very well maintained with ample parking. Nice place for the views and to go fishing. It has a fishing line collection tube a fishing platform with a couple benches.Nice place to fish or just go and eat lunch. Has a cool little gazebo as well that be nice for pictures. Look forward to going there again."

"Quiet setting, beautiful views of the river, Portland bridge in the distance..benches, gazebo, and large deck at river's edge..."

"The park is nice and the updates are coming along great. My only downfall is the water is littered with debris and garbage. We should amp the "No Littering" campaign and keep our parks clean so everyone can enjoy. But I really do recommend this landing for fishing and view. Caught so many different fish in the river."

"First time I've ever been to Cromwell Landing. For a Saturday, around noon, there were a lot of boats launched already, and some fun boating activities out on the river. Very nice Late July day at the Landing. It's quiet, serene and scenic."
