Cecy developed numerous alternate designs for us and we worked through each one to arrive at the best option. Cecy was open to our vision but also was honest with us if something didn’t make sense or wasn’t going to look good. She has a great blend of designer and contractor in her approach. Cecy controlled the operation every step of the way. Her crews clearly respect her work and put their best foot forward every day. With our old house we encountered a couple of unforeseen conditions and also made some tweaks along the way. Cecy was very fair on change orders (only a few) and did some extra work on her own dime. We will look to Cecy on future projects!"
