Reviews of Dover Stone Church
"It's about a mile walk from the start. Went there in January. Beautiful icicles hanging on the mountains!"
"Great hike to a great cave. It was on the warmer side today compared to lately so the air coming off the cave was frigid. But the water was low enough that I was able to get most of the way into the caves for some pictures. Then I followed the long Loop path to try to get above the cave. I ended up getting to the closest place the trail is to the cave and then went off Trail and hiked all the way down. I found an old trail that must have been closed off due to how steep the drop off is. I climbed down but could only get behind the cave not on top. The creek wines around back there and was so fresh and cold it practically looked blue. It was a steep climb back up and then I followed my newly discovered old trail to wear it met up with the main trail. It was a great day for exploring and after snapping a few more pictures of the cave I headed home."
"The entrance to the hiking trails was breathtaking. You have an option of three trails but what was stunning was the waterfall inside the cave! Absolutely loved this hike. The hike is free and you have different options for parking - I was allowed to park in the school lot across the street."
"Gorgeous waterfall. Premium water. Very pleasant dog friendly hiking courses . Would love to come back on a hot summer day like today. No spectacular view point but waterfall compensated for it."
"Great little natural landmark to visit. Walking is not always easy, and the rocks can be slick. It's definitely a must-see if you like natural waterfalls and brooks."
