"Have been buying quite a few times now from the outlet in CT post mall. Was there to buy a gift for a friend today as well. The woman in the store was very rude. Its quite not necessary to buy something or the other once you enter a store if you don’t like something. But today even after buying a wallet for my friend, the woman was very mean by generalizing people and judging me by accusing that people just stay, look for an hour and leave buying nothing and refused to show the product I was asking for. If you are sitting there as a sales person, lady that’s your job. You can’t be like I am not in a mood for it. Because of this you just lost your loyal customer today."

"Because of this store I will never ever purchase any ALDO product ever again. - I make an online purchase & want to make a return, so I visit this store -Right from the start, one of the workers is giving me attitude, telling me why are you making a return here, I explain that I want to do it because its faster & environmentally sustainable, she scoffs me and makes me feel stupid - I show her my receipt that I received from the online order, she tells me that she cant accept this & I must prove my purchase by showing an email confirmation of my purchase - I explain to her that I have my card that I purchased and paper copy, why cant you just use this, she starts getting aggressive with her tone of voice and talks as if she is a law enforcement and tells me either show me receipt "to prove who I am" or she cannot accept this order -Im inside of the mall and my service is bad while trying to load my email on my phone... All of the sudden she says oh I can't accept this shoe, it looks to be too dirty I began to argue with her, she tells me to leave the store, I finally go home and make a return online, they accept it and refund me my money, ALL OF THIS TROUBLE FOR WHAT!!!!"

"This Aldo outlet is inside the Connecticut Post Mall. The store is rich and classy. You can’t leave this store without buying something. The lady at the store was very courteous and helpful. The prices are also pretty moderate and affordable. It also has a wheelchair accessible entrance."
