"I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I placed an order for an item they sold through a big box retailer that they never shipped. A couple days before the scheduled delivery date, the tracking info showed that the order hasn't shipped yet so I contacted ShoeMars to see if my order was still coming on time. No response. Then I canceled the order. Still no response. I had to call the big box retailer to find out what the heck was going on and they processed the cancellation on the spot. I was really counting on my order to arrive on time because it was a gift for someone I was visiting a couple days later. I had to scramble to come up with an alternate plan. Thanks for nothing, ShoeMars! What a lousy company."
