"I called several times during the day to enroll my kid into spring program and they never pick up the phone. So when I showed in person, every employee were busy eating, chatting or reading their magazine while the phone was ringing. Most incompetent department."

"Five stars for the Greenwich Department of Parks and Trees! They have responded to two requests from me recently in a very timely fashion, one for trimming 2 trees in Shongalla Park, that had huge limbs that were hanging over my house, and one for trimming a large aggressive bush that was impeding sight lines and safe walking on the sidewalk on Florence Road in Riverside. The tree limb removal was a tough job, considering the tree's location, but the crew worked quickly and efficiently to finish the job, taking the time to explain to me how they trim so that the trees will not be damaged, which I appreciated. And the other crew did a great job taming that bush that gets more huge every year! Kudos to all!"
