Specifically, they gift wrapped the order beautifully, included a congratulatory gift tag note, and sent a hand written note from the person who put the order together. Above and beyond. "Special, special shout-out to Josephine who is the manager. Richards has everything but the staff are what make the place. I’ve been a lifelong Greenwich resident and coming here for years. This weekend on Christmas Eve I ran into an issue with an order I had placed over the phone. I had a full blown meltdown in the store, absolutely gutted that I would have to either stay in the store and miss my family’s holiday festivities while the issue got sorted or have to leave empty handed without Christmas presents. Josephine went above and beyond to fix the issue and was so composed and kind, even when I probably didn’t deserve it. Issue was resolved and quickly, even though they were swamped as it was Christmas Eve. I didn’t end up missing any family time and I left with the gifts. Josephine - thank you so much!
