"I had Bill come out and measure cabinets. He did not bring any samples or show me anything online to see how my kitchen would look. I was suppose to meet with him on Tuesday. He called and cancelled. I went to the showroom ; if you can call it that and picked up my own samples. I called on Wednesday and was told by the person who answered that he was out of the office and he didn’t know if he even started working on the quote. I am going elsewhere. Very unprofessional!"
