"This store has given me anxiety walking it. I dont feel comfortable or welcomed at all. I forgot to close the door and Liz continuously told me to close it even though it was sunny out. Me & my family always liked coming here to shop but this experience really ruined it for us. Do better Im dissappointed. I saw other employees which were helpful and asked me to order stuff because they didnt have sizes. Its very unprofessional to speak about other clients while clients are shopping saying that there losers and shouldnt walk in there. I think thats a personal meeting towards them and not make it public."

"I never write reviews but this time around just had to do it. I went to this store twice & both times i had bad experience. The employees were not friendly & seemed disinterested in helping, first time when I walked in I didn’t even see any employees in the store. After a while someone came out from some place & acknowledged me. But then I felt ignored & when other customers walked in the employee was friendly towards them & helping them. It felt like you have to look a certain part to be helped even though I probably spend more than others. It’s because of the rude & snotty behavior I couldn’t justify the fact that I gave this place my business, hence why I went back couple days later & returned the items. Went to Hobbs & much much better experience along with friendly associate with a smiling face."

"Love this store, the clothes and the people who work there!! Super helpful in putting together outfits and selecting things I would not think to try on! They have even shipped outfits to me out of town when I needed them for events. They could not be more accommodating. Always a fun shopping experience! Jodi is my go to...ask for her you will not regret it!!!"

"The employees have this entitled and snobbish attitude. Alice and Olivia does have cute clothing, but at this particular location their employees just make the whole experience not worth it. Saks fifth has way better customer service and as far as price range you’d think a store like Alice and Olivia would humble themselves a tad bit."
