"Meryl D'Orsay Pump Lovely shoe, mediocre customer service. I really wanted these shoes. My first order was the wrong size so I returned them and tried again. My second order was the correct size but arrived with a scuff so I also returned them and tried again. My third order turned out to be the same exact damaged pair that I returned. I'm baffled. How can the company re-send me the same shoes I marked as damaged on my return?"

"If you like trying on shoes in a freezing cold parking garage this is the sale for you. Got caught up in the buying frenzy. Over bought with some buyer's remorse. All sales are final. Nice footwear but I probably could have gotten them more reasonably priced elsewhere."
