Famous Footwear

"This store is always closed on random days. I feel like 9 times out of ten when you arrive you just know it's going to be a sign on the door. Now today it has a sign saying Closed Today! Last time I came the sign said Closed Early!"

"The Absolute worst customer service experience ever. (Unless you're a woman). I went in there to purchase some sneakers and got on line. There was one female cashier and 1 female customer in front of me no one behind me. So as I wait for my turn at the register another female customer comes in and stands behind me. The cashier asks the customer she was helping to fill something out. Then she moves to the empty register next to her and asks the lady behind me what she needs and I'm like don't you see me standing here as the next customer. She ignores me and waves the lady over to the register and the lady behind me says I'll wait he was here first. The cashier says just come over. So I say to my self No This ***** didn't. I calmly put the Sneakers I was purchasing on the floor where I was standing in line and proceeded to walk out the store and as I'm walking the cashier yells out I can help you now sir how may I assist you. And I said by holding the door open for me to walk out of your establishment. She messed it up for all locations because I will never set foot in a famous footwear again for as long as they are in business. Because discriminating against me because I'm a man is ridiculous never again."

"My experience at this store leaves a lot to be desired, was shopping for a running sneakers for my girl who’s currently on training in the military. From the moment I walked in I overheard the staff moaning about the customers being needy and they need to go and how the ones in Yonkers tell you they are ok….complaining about there shifts and started turning off the lights with us in the store as it reached 7:30. I left without getting any assistance offered, not that I would have accepted it after hearing the way they speak, now I’m on my way to Kohls to find the shoe……"

"There customer service is very good as you walk in the store they greet you. They have a wide selection of shoes for a great price. I bought my daughter school shoes here because they require all black shoes with no strings and this was the first place I looked and they had great deals on all there shoes also there's east parking right in front of the store ."
