"My son and I visited wrens in Milford. People greeted us at the door were extremely friendly and professional. We then went and sat down with Mark, our salesman. He had all the measurements and from their website picked out cabinets, the counter and hardware. After that he showed us how the kitchen would look on the computer. Mark was extremely helpful and professional. Can’t beat the price!!!! Thank you Mark for your help. So absolutely no complaints. Hopefully the installation goes as well as it did last Saturday"
"We knew nothing of Wren before we walked in, but we were met by Luke upon entering and shown around the kitchen displays. Though uncertain about proceeding, we went through the design process with Luke and were intrigued by what we saw and the potential our many years old kitchen had. We agreed to go forward and have been amazed at the result. We have a new look complete with an archway Luke designed that has given us an open floor plan look. We love the clean, crisp white cabinetry and the choice of aspen for our counters with just a hint of sparkle. We did leave the color scheme to our son, who is talented at art, and went for the bold green shade and the amber highlights in the backsplash and lighting fixtures. The install team were great, and even the carpenter we chose and floor install team worked around the time frame. The best part- our new kitchen comes right at the time we will be doing some holiday hosting."
"EDIT NOVEMBER 2023: De'Shon from Customer Service was the only person who was able to help us and get this past the finish line. He deserves a raise especially since we were going to walk away from Wren due to this situation. He was able to help us get our countertops in exactly how we wanted and they look gorgeous (we were able to use their 3rd party for installing not Wren). I am hoping Wren installation for countertops and cabinets gets better as they have serious kinks to work out. The cabinets came in great condition (we used our own installer though). I would purchase again but would use my own contractors. Again, thank you, De'Shon! -------------------------------------------------------------------- DO NOT BUY FROM WREN KITCHENS - We purchased our cabinets and countertops through Wren Kitchens in Milford, CT. Fast forward to templating day...we are told we cannot see our layout - nor can they show us the slab OR even confirm that they will put the veins the same direction on our island as they go on the countertops. Additionally, they will not confirm if they will even try to match up the veins on the seams they are doing on the countertops (we've asked them multiple times about this concern). We've also called in MULTIPLE times - emailed - no one seems to care yet we are expected to pay almost $8k on these countertops with no clue how they will look. We are without a kitchen thanks to Wren and their customer service is absolutely horrendous. They promise phone calls back and you never hear from them. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM WREN KITCHENS save yourself the headache and go elsewhere they are not worth it."
"Sales people are nice…however, when it comes to the companies that they sublet out for deliveries and installation, countertops…zero stars. Late, damaged, recurrent mistakes that void warranties. Countertop was cut incorrectly for a drop-in sink when clearly stated it’s supposed to be an undermount. When 2nd countertop came, sink was installed so shoddily. Wren Customer Care takes no initiative to resolve any issues. Better off designing with Home Depot."
"I do not recommend Wren Kitchens in the US. Went to Newington, CT store and they were great. Everything else after that has been absolute garbage. lifetime warranty should not be used and it feels like it will take a lifetime to get my kitchen replacement parts to complete it. 1. they are corporate. Any issues with your cabinets you have to call a 1-800 number wait on the phone to speak to someone only to email a general email address to explain the issue. A lot of time is wasted waiting to hear what the next steps are. Nobody calls. and the showroom is useless, no one can help. 2. after emailing back and forth, nobody picks up the phone to confirm the delivery. An automated text and email gets sent to you, in my case it wasn't always right. it was not accurate in my case, I ended up taking work off just to have no one show. And when I called they said the delivery wasn't for another 3 days. 3. My cabinet doors had a defect, a white line around all the edges, I am on my 10th delivery because they have absolutely no quality control checks. Not one person has cared to check the replacements before sending them to me. My kitchen has been installed since Aug 2022 and its almost Feb 23. I am waiting on replacement doors for half my kitchen (roughly 10ish pieces) 4. the salesperson oversold me on end panels and stupid pieces that I didn't need - not all sales people know what they are talking about or know how to design a kitchen. 5. I installed the kitchen myself - their install price was too high. There drawings are very confusing, not easy to read or follow along with how they laid out the space. Also, they aren't clear on how the pieces are put together. I had a hard time understanding how the drawer fronts and boxes go together etc. Overall, I wish I spent the extra money and went local. Do not recommend them, they aren't worth it. Over rated and over priced for the quality alone. I should have listened to my coworker and bought cabinets from Home Depot...."
