"I should have done my homework before purchasing from them. Delivery kept getting delayed, staff gave us the run around, avoided calls, pointed the finger at each other, tried to make it right, but that was a lie too. Said they had something in stock as an alternative, said they’d take pics of it and send it to us to see if it would work, then ghosted us. Went on for 5 months. Do NOT waste your time."

"Please guys don’t buy furniture from Gallery Furniture, the owner is a big Liar, I paid him One Bedroom set, I paid him half and half after delivery. But when delivery guys came they were not taking upstair my furniture, they demand payment first. Ok I paid them all, after that I saw they bring wrong product and damaged. I called owners right way but he doesn’t answer my call. When delivery guys called him he picked up their call and told them to explain me it’s happened by mistake, but next week they will bring my furniture whatever I ordered. After that he was playing drama. I went his store many times for my furniture, but he never gave me right solution also not my money back."

"Before you start reading check yelp reviews!!!!!! .I walked out this store happy for the second time on oct 21st 2023 only to be deceived. It's been 7 weeks now and I keep getting a run around about the products I purchased.(I haven't recieved anything ) Gallery furniture please do better guys because I still believe in you. (I'll update future customers soon). New updated!!! Do not buy anything at this store i still didn't get my product and the manager (the lady in the back) is refusing to cancel my order. I financed a Eastern king bed at this store and was told my bed is going to arrive before I started my payments, lie!!! I called the store and a young lady told me I gotta make payments before I get my bed.(that's wasn't the agreement) I placed a dispute with synchrony (creditor) who opened a dispute only to tell me I am responsible for the payments of a product I never received. I opened another dispute because a customer service representative told me they could retract the payments.(synchrony lied) I was told again that I am responsible to pay for a product I didn't receive. I referred a customer to this store and he's paying for a couch he haven't received his purchase was late August (they gave him a "loaner couch") still haven't recieved the couch he's paying for."
