"Not only was Tyler a focused and knowledgeable individual, but he was kind and immediately put me at ease during the two lessons I took. I came into his studio with minimal skills in FX makeup. This didn't stop Tyler a bit. He coached us through what seemed to be daunting tasks and by the end of the lessons, I felt accomplished and proud to show off the effects I had created! During my first class, I was able to focus on creating realistic wounds. My friend and I sent pictures out and most people thought they were real! Our next class was creating a cowl for a film project and Tyler was with us every step of the way, giving advice and tips to make sure our finished products were as professional looking as possible. We used reference pictures and Tyler was able to show us techniques for creating the perfect burned look. My confidence in my abilities grew and I have already began to apply the skills I learned with Tyler to my career. I owe my success to him. Tyler was fun, personable and each lesson was a blast.
