"In a time where companies make big promises about caring about their customers, and provide big claims on warranty and quality of product. Lovesac delivers on that promise.. 13 years ago I purchased my first Lovesac couch pieces and after 13 years I had a few fail and so I reached out to their support team and in less then a week I had replacements on my door step with no hassle from them at all. Lovesac continues to keep my loyalty and I look forward to buying more product from them in the years to come."
"Customer service nothing but lip service and that is if someone responds. Main piece to my sectional sitting at FedEx in New Jersey for 5 days now. Called salesperson and again nothing but lip service! Called Fed ex and they said they are looking into it! Nobody has an answer so I gave them an answer! Have my piece at my home tomorrow or get they other 13 pieces out of my house!"
"I ordered online and was charged 817.00. The next morning I tried to cancel. First I spoke to Allison and she said my order wasn’t in the system yet. I am an excellent judge of character and I didn’t believe her. I received a confirmation email the night before. It was in the system. For whatever reason she didn’t want to cancel it. I called back and spoke to a gentleman and as I suspected, my order was in the system. I called back the following day to see if my refund would be charged back to original form of payment. I spoke to Allison again. She said my order was not cancelled. I asked her to cancel it, again. She put me on hold forever and came back and said that she canceled it and called finance dept to make sure I was refunded. I never received canceled email so the next day I called back and Allison answered the phone only she claimed her name was now Jamie. I told her I knew it was Allison and she ignored me. She then said my refund would take six weeks. WHAT THE HECK? I canceled this order in about 12 hours. There is no way this should take six weeks to refund. I told her that. She could care less. I still never received an email stating she canceled my order. I told her this was ridiculous and that I was leaving a bad review. I then filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. I would never purchase anything from this company. I feel that their business is shady. In every store I ever bought an item- and cancelled within 24 hours, I was given an immediate refund. I don’t trust”Allison”, “Allie”, or Jamie or whatever her name is. I also reached out on Twitter and email to the president of Love Sac. Or whatever his title is. His name is Shawn. I have a very bad feeling about this company. When I went on Better Business web-site they had so many complaints about warranties and refunds. In my opinion, stay away from this store."
"Lovesac For a company that supposedly cherishes its customers, and it supposed to have fantastic customer service they don’t. I purchased a new couch including these building blocks that is supposed to help you create what you plan to do with the couch when you get it home it gives you sort of a layout of what you need to do and set up your dream couch. What the store doesn’t tell you is that the set is Flood and does not come with all of the pieces you have with your couch so they are pretty much useless. So if you’re like me you call customer service and ask if they can have the correct piece sent to you. But then you find out their customer service is lacking whenever you ask a specific question but they don’t have the answer for they just apologize rather than doing anything and trying to help you further yes I overreacted yes I lost my patience but if they were good customer service they would not hold that against me I did not swear but I did lose my cool. So Nicole from customer service originally stated which I have the Voicemail to prove it she would ship me the missing pieces instead she recanted because her staff does not know how to do their jobs correctly. If you’re looking to buy an excellent product with all of the kinks already worked out Love sac is not for you maybe they will be in a few years but not right now I will be returning my product as soon as possible hopefully you read this before making the purchase yourself!"
"Purchased a kids sactional online during a sale, went through with credit card company and showed up on my billing statement. Waited 3 weeks and never heard from Lovesac on my delivery. When I called and spoke with customer service they said that I had cancelled the order which was a blatant lie. They told me the only thing that could be done was to reorder it and the price had went up $200 at the time. I was upset but went ahead and just reordered and purchased 4 sacs instead. I received all my sacs this time but this time I received one with the wrong sac cover. I contacted customer service and spoke to a young lady that sent me an email and told me to send pictures of the color of the cover. She verified that I was sent the wrong color based on the name of the cover I was sent and the one I ordered in the system. I have yet to hear back about the cover and switching it out but still receive advertisements from Lovesac about purchasing. It's a big headache and I won't be purchasing anything again from them for this reason."
