"My sales experience was great as posted, but a HORROR since delivery. I can't rate 50 minus zeros. My sofa & loveseat delivered 3/21/23 with wrinkles in both pieces & broken loveseat USB port. All reported the same day, pictures sent. The replacement part offered not yet received. This is what my furniture looks like now after 4 months. I asked for, but was denied a refund. Lies were the response to my 3 reports filed with the BBB. After unsuccessful communication with Ray Truillo-salesman, store manager Matt Jirak, manufacturer Bob Woods at England Furniture & inspector Mr. Nader, I sought legal consult. Thinking the custom order stamp on their receipt was just a standard form, I didn't react because my order was NOT custom. Having limited access to transportation, I'd already been to the furniture stores I could reach. I saw something at another retailer but didn't love it. Not wanting to settle, I said just look in Corner Furniture. I've lived in the Bronx for over 40 years. Seen the store, the commercials and the website. Why I'd never been in I don't know, but boy am I glad I did! The salesman, Raymond T. (aka "friend") took such time and attentive care during my visit, that that's what it felt like by the time I left. Whether I was actually intending to buy or not, he still listened. I never once felt dismissed, overshadowed or pressured. I saw many options, even some of the same ones I'd seen in the other stores. Even as I wavered from one idea to another, he patiently shared his detailed expertise and knowledge about different manufacturers, quality, price, availability and protection plans. Working with my budget and timeframe, I was able to make an informed decision, leading to the best selection for my family. I left happy about my purchase. No Buyer's Remorse. My overall experience was such that I highly recommend shopping at Corner Furniture and will definitely shop there again."
