There are so many cute items to chose from here. Sadly the dress didn't work out for unexpected reasons but I have to say the customer service shop owner Laura offered was amazing. "When entering UNRACKED, there is just a feeling of welcome. The owner, Laura, has a beautiful story with her store and the roots. She also offers the most amazing amount of help and tips for items in her store. What surprised me more was how she chose such amazing pieces with great stories. There is something in there for everyone. Karen, another worker at UNRACKED makes amazing bags, necklaces, keychains, headbands and so much more using agate stones. The story behind her stones is incredible and her artist eye for her products just say as much as the story. This store is one I would highly recommend in Hudson that you visit because you will never want to leave! The customer service in this store is one you never forget.
