"I'm there so often that I have so many mixed reviews and all the reviews are different. Dennis, in the print shop, is the reason that I write this review. Ultimately I give Dennis 5 stars, the management 2 stars, and the staff 4 stars. Dennis is awesome. He makes my life easier as a small business owner. Management is bad because of the lack of staff, but lack of staff can be said for every business in this economy. A little personality could help. Once you get a staff member to speak to you, though, they are well-informed and very knowledgeable about most of the products int he store."
