"First of all, they have a great selection of items, both antique and more recent with prices ranging from good to fair. Secondly, the shop is very very clean, and it is kept dusted and in good order as well. To me however, the best asset of the place are the people who operate and staff it - a great amount of knowledge, always polite, and they tell the truth: if they do not know about an item they don't give you a story about it, they tell you flat out. I have gone there for some time, bought gifts for myself and others, and have always found something unique. You are made to feel welcome if you are just looking or a decorating expert looking to furnish a place. Cannot say enough, but there are other consignment shops I have been too (some now out of business) that could learn a practical lesson from the people here."
