"We bought a carpe Diem bed from Klein sleep and it is the absolute best purchase we have ever made. I never say that about anything I purchase. I have scoliosis and chronic pain in my back and neck ... the Carpe Diem releives my pain as it provides excellent support and pressure relief. In my opinion it is superior to any mattress out there. The beds are custom made in Sweden so it takes times to order and deliever, but it was 150% worth the wait. Jeff and Andre were honest and very patient with us throughout the process. I would highly recommend Kleinsleep, they offer a lot of different mattress options and their knowledge will help customers find something that works for them. "AWESOME! Not only have we purchased all of our mattresses here because they’re the best, but the staff here is incredible. They are kind, knowledgeable, and take the time with you to make sure you are happy when you leave. The quality of their mattresses is wonderful and they have a great selection of organic products. Jeff, the owner, was also more than willing to participate in a charity project we were doing for the Circle of Care organization. Circle of Care comes alongside families whose children have been diagnosed with cancer and they provide both financial and emotional support during unthinkable circumstances. One of the facets of the organization is providing room makeovers for these children so they can have a cozy, safe, and happy place to come home to and recover in. We were conducting a room makeover for a child in the community and we needed all new furniture, including a bed. A mattress alone could have completely eaten up our entire budget. Jeff jumped at the opportunity to help us! He made it a special experience by welcoming our child into his store to choose from several beds he set aside and delivered the one chosen the day of our makeover. "I am very remiss in writing this review, but only because I can never make myself get out of bed! The mattress Jeff and team sold me is that good. In fact, I bought two mattresses, and everyone is sleeping well, finally. This was the BEST customer experience I ever had- the attention to detail, questions and demos about our sleeping positions, our preferred pillow height, EVERYTHING was looked at and part of Jeff's analysis. He could be an orthopedic surgeon, he knows so much about the spine. He even steered us away from a more expensive mattress because another one was better for my back. How often does that happen? NEVER! You never realize how important a mattress is until you go from a really bad one (from a name dealer) to a great mattress. It affects your mood, your body, everything. Buying these mattresses at Kleinsleep was the BEST gift I gave my family in 2019. Forget online stores - go to Norwalk and meet Jeff. You will NOT regret it.
