"I took two bins full of brand new name brand clothes with tags on. I don't think they even looked at my clothes because within 10 minutes I received a text message from them saying its ready to pick up. When I went to the store, they were only interested in two blouses. The rest they were not interested. It was a waste of time going there. Also the girls who were working there were so rude and unkind. Very disappointing"

"Brought in clothes and they accepted like nothing. I had princess polly brands and lulu lemon pieces to which they did not accept. The blonde girl at the front was extremely inpatient and rude. Not sure why she’s working in customer service. Everyone had an I am better than you attitude. Love the store in orange ct though! Make the drive!"

"BRING YOUR CLOTHES ELSEWHERE TO SELL OR DONATE! They will offer you $2 for top brands and then sell it for $20. They are so strict about clothes needing to be washed, folded and in a basket or bin, yet when it is returned to you everything is UNFOLDED and shoved back into your bin. Rude and unacceptable. I understand that they are sorting through many baskets and trying to move through fast, however I would rather wait an hour and a half and have my clothes returned in a similar manner that I dropped it off. Better than having to sit there myself and refold everything so I don't have to throw it back in dryer to dewrinkle it if I want to bring it elsewhere to donate. Will not return and would recommend others to donate elsewhere for free rather than have them purchase your clothes for cheap and then sell it for way more than it's probably worth!"

"They are bribing their customers to write 5 star reviews for them and in exchange giving them 15% off. Maybe if the quality of their clothing there choosing to buy was better and they actually bought clothes people were selling they wouldn’t need to bribe them. I have brought in many filled bins with clothes still with tags on them and they don’t take them. Just go to the Goodwill next door."
