"I placed an order online that clearly stated order will be ready WITHIN 2 hours. I drove an hour since I do not have an Arie in my area to be told that online orders sometimes need to be shipped to the store and can take DAYS. The associate was completely unsympathetic to my situation and offered zero help in rectifying the situation. I will no longer shop at Arie since online policy is awful and the store is too far from my home."

"What a shock I got today when I went to go shopping at the Danbury Fair Mall and found this store closed with no notification sent from corporate of the closure. Since when is a single store owned by a corporation allowed to just close? This was such a disappointment to drive an hour to buy my teenager miscellaneous items only to have it closed. Customer Service had no explanation to offer for the closure either. I am now rethinking whether I should continue to shop with this company since it allows individual locations to operate as they see fit with no regard to company policies for closures. If you are planning to shop in any of the Aerie or American Eagle stores use caution or you may be wasting your time when you go to shop as they may just be closed because they can be."

"Always a mediocre experience here, it always seems like the associates are annoyed or unfriendly and always come off as rude. Came to do a return today and was told that I need the card to do the return, which I had bc I had paid w/ Apple Pay. However the girls at the register told me that I’d have to get store credit back or have the physical card bc their Apple Pay was down for returns only (?). It’s also weird bc usually when I use apple pay and then use a physical card for the return (or vice versa) it declines bc they aren’t the same card number regardless of the fact it’s the same account. I wish the company would get ahead with the times and issue the refund without the card as most retailers do now a days."

"My girlfriend loves this place for sports bras/bike shorts and stuff like that. The store is mellow and friendly, and pretty busy for a Thursday evening."

"If I could rate 0 stars I would. Employee came up to me and said “are you almost done shopping?”. I didn’t know there was a time limit to shop at my own will. Horrible customer service. Made my shopping experience miserable. She had the worst attitude. If your day is that bad, go home and take care of yourself, don’t project it to others especially when they’re just minding their own business."
