"Put in an order for a sleeper sofa a month ago and still have not received a call from the local store to deliver the item. When we called the store all they could say was they see nothing on when it will be delivered to their store and they will call when they know something and we have called multiple times and still the same answer. Very poor customer service. Would NOT recommend."
