"I was willing to pay triple price on a TV and everything but with the way they run their business it's better to just go without. I made a payment on a TV that the rca input doesn't even work, once I realized I switched it out and was told he would take a month off the payments, but never did. Fast forward a week (I was set on a biweekly schedule) and they're telling me I have to pay. So I do then they tell me I owe the 14 day payment 3 days later. I stupidly made the 14 day payment. I checked my account and was not only not given credit for the 7 day payment I just made. But they didn't give me any credits for the monthly payment I just placed on the last TV (which was within its return period and defective)"

"I missed 1 14 day payment and after they messed up my payment schedule so they showed up at my work. That is totally unacceptable he started trying to THREATEN me with a theft case. All before I even went a month overdue. I also made a 7 day payment due to them messing up my payments schedule and a 14 day payment and only got credit for the 14 day payment. Then they tried saying that the reason is because they gave me a credit. But that should show up as more payed off not less."

"I've been a customer for years. My account was hacked and I was SEVEN days late making a payment and they came to knock on my door to recover the furniture. I've been paying on this furniture for 2 years consistently and am months away from closing the contract and they come to collect for $83.15?? On a $3,500 set of furniture that is 85% paid off?? I will NEVER purchase from them again and will advise EVERYONE that I know to do the same. Social media makes that easy and they should know that by now. I truly hope they suffer the consequences."
