"Manager never lived up to what was supposed to be delived. Brand new stove and fridge knob was missing. Was paying on it for 3 months never got the knob. So we returned it. The three guys the came to pick it where mean should be doing that line of work. If I could get my money back I would. I would never rent to own from the Southbridge Massachusetts location or any location ever again. I would not recommend this business at all. I would want my money back."

"This store is disgusting and has bed bugs! Costed me 1800 for an exterminator and I had to throw out the mattress and bed frame that this store rented me, no wonder I was getting a “great deal” the manager was terrible and I will forever be traumatized because of my experience at this store! Do not get any furniture from this disgusting store!!!"

"I went into the RAC southbridge location a couple weeks ago in search for a new bed and I was not let down. I received excellent service from Tim, Mateo, Dan, and Jeff! They are all super friendly and I had my bed along with a matching dresser and nightstand delivered and installed within a couple days. Super fast and friendly service! I would most definitely recommend this location to anyone as the best RAC in Massachusetts."
