"This is the worst YMCA I have ever been to. I almost lost my life here. I got a program to teach me how to swim, and I was drowning and no one saved me. According to them, they have lifeguards but no one helped me. The person who helped me was someone who went with me. But I don't recommend this place to anyone. If this happened to me it could happen to anyone and even worse. Thank God I didn't get older but I was left with a very ugly experience and it traumatized me.this happened on Saturday 20 on January 2024 ."

"My daughter has been doing swimming lessons with the YMCA over a year now, we’ve been to Trumbull and Fairfield Y and never felt this comfortable. The instructors are very pleasant and it’s not too crowded like the others. My daughter even made friends with the kids in her swim class. Will continue to bring my kids here as I am planning on enrolling my son in swim lessons shortly."

"If you can do not want to be bothered with people then this little gem is perfect for you. It's personal and a little tight but still gets the job done. We you get past the staff you to feel like you are in your own private home gym. Stratford has keep this little place quitely tucked away. If you are not paying attention you will miss it."

"The best service and best run pool. The staff is top notch. They are able to keep their staff, unlike most gyms. This means everyone knows what they are doing. That is a rarity in today's post pandemic world."
