"Three months to work on a loveseat???? Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I dropped off a couch to get redone in early JUNE it is now late AUGUST and the couch is "still being worked on". I have called the owner multiple times and have gotten nothing but rudeness and vagueness on when the couch would be done. It is ridiculous that somebody can hold their business at such a low standard."
