"I ordered this shrit online in slim fit. After it arrived I removed the tags only to find out it was a classic fit. I returned it via mail, only to have it rejected and sent back to me with a hole in it. I called customer service and they put me on hold forever... If any manager sees this and would like to refund my money or send me the correct shirt my order is #310532874 Case# 09427617"

"DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I was an avid customer for 10 years and recently ordered an item and when the item arrived it turns out it was a fake dress ( tags from the dress I ordered placed on a totally different item). I opened a case and automatically returned the item and then proceeded to wait a month. During that time no refund and no word from saks. Instead I received the item returned to me a month later saying the return was denied because an employee at the warehouse took off the tag to refuse the return even though I had a detailed case open. Spoke to customer service AGAIN and NOTHING. Apparently it’s my fault I gave them my money and their employees commit fraud. Save your money and purchase directly through the brands, their prices are not worth the hassle and there is a chance your item is a fake due to their lack of internal controls."
