"I went to the Springfield, MA location. I was greeted in a prompt and professional manner. I advised the manager of the store as to which beds that I was interested in. The manager knew everything about the beds that I was interested in. The manager answered all of the questions and allowed me the time to make my selection. The manager focused me on the important issues like the materials that the mattress was made of, which was very important to me. Rather than bad mouth other businesses, the manager gave me factual information that I was able to research which led me to confirm that the business model was 100% above board. How the bed is constructed is one thing. WHAT IS IN THE BED IS ANOTHER. That was the determining factor for me. The delivery was excellent and the price was reasonable. Would highly recommend this business."
