"This place is the real deal. They take pride in their work, the quality is amazing, and the costs are competitive. So happy with these chairs I’m now doing some cushions and have other projects in mind as well. Christine is really good at collaborating, pointing out different things, I’ve just had a really great experience and now I have these gorgeous one of a kind pieces that I’ll cherish always! See the before and after for these chairs, gorgeous! I had been wanting to reupholster them for about 10 years but was worried about the costs and where to go and where to begin. Reupholstery isn’t cheap but I really feel these guys are reasonable given the amount of work and the quality you get. They don’t just do the reupholstery they also repair the furniture if needed. (I actually tried to reupholster them myself some years ago and that’s when I realized just how difficult it is!). If you’ve been holding onto something that you’ve been wanting to reupholster, this is the place you want to go! Update - Went back to have some cushions made! I had searched high and low for stock cushions but none had the right measurements to work with these modern mid-century chairs. Again I worked with Christine to get exactly what I was imagining and they came out perfect!!"

"Our first visit to Mila Fabric and Design Center almost a year ago we stopped in to ask questions about their upholstering service. All our questions were answered without that sales pitch pressure you get in some stores. We decided at that point when were we ready we absolutely would be back. Love the quality of the fabrics and the pieces we were lucky to see finished in the store at that time. With the holidays coming up, I researched cleaning my four-legged kid stained furniture. Not all the stains would come out but maybe they would look better… but what about the damage? We decided spur of the moment, what about that place, “Mila Fabric…” So happy we did. We had a wonderful experience with the very friendly owners. We called before visiting the store, explained what we were thinking of doing and they had us bring pictures of the furniture and a seat cushion from each couch. Although not necessary, if you bring a cushion it can give them a better idea the furniture that will be covered. Clearly, they know what they are doing, we described when we arrived what we were looking for, color, type, within a short time had decided on fabric – it was exactly what we envisioned. NOW we were even more excited, I was thinking that was almost too easy. :) Decisions like this can be overwhelming, I never once felt pressured, they just listen. Thank you!"

"The husband and wife owners were at the counter and saw me come in. The husband was on the phone, clearly handling a personal matter about his car. I spent about 25 minutes wandering around the store and neither one bothered to say hi or ask if I needed help and I was the only customer in the store. I am in the middle of a living room redesign and was planning on getting all of my reupholstery fabric from them but not after the incredibly poor customer service. I will not be recommending them to other clients. They need to do better than this."
