"I recently purchased a DreamCloud mattress from Shahroz. The transaction went flawlessly and it was delivered for free to a Rhode Island address, which also included old mattress removal. The mattress didn’t end up working out and I ended up buying a Beautyrest instead. Once again I worked with Shahroz in having the DreamCloud removed and the Beautyrest delivered. He provided a full refund and great price on the replacement. Once again, a very smooth transaction and I highly recommend both Mattress Plus and Shahroz."

I ended up purchasing my mattress here because they listened to my needs and instead of trying to sell me the most expensive bed, they found a perfect match for the mattress I liked in the $ amount I could afford. Not only did they find a mattress that I loved that fit into my budget, but then, around my work schedule, they found a way to deliver it quickly. I ordered a boxspring, and it was the wrong size (it was too tall and that was my fault), and they (again) jumped through hoops to come back and exchange my box spring for exactly what I needed at no extra charge. I am so floored by the AMAZING customer service at this store, that I now have business cards from this store in display in my office waiting room. "I don’t typically write reviews but the staff at Mattress Plus in Old Saybrook are one of a kind! I spent weeks looking to replace my current bed. Went through the motions of trying out beds, asking questions at other competitors, leaving, feeling overwhelmed with all the options and still achy after weeks of searching (old bed was the worst). When I walked into Mattress Plus, I didn’t have high hopes. But boy was I wrong. Hands down the best bed buying experience I’ve ever had! "I had a wonderful experience shopping at Mattress Plus! I was able to roll around on several mattresses and see what I liked. I even tried the "Top of the line" one, but it wasn't for me. The cost was certainly less than I expected, so that is an added plus. Delivery was so-so, I waited longer than the slated window but called the store and was assured the delivery was on route, and that there was a traffic issue. After a few weeks of sleeping on my new mattress, I am very pleased with this purchase and recommend Mattress plus in Old Saybrook to anyone who asks!"

He is extremely knowledgeable and honest about the mattresses and genuinely cares that you walk away satisfied. The price he gave me was extremely fair. My bed was delivered within a week and my back is already feeling much better. I went from a full size mattress to a queen so I needed the mattress, box spring, and metal frame which needed to be installed and attached to my current headboard. This was no easy task as my bedroom is located on the 3rd floor of my townhouse. The delivery men showed up on time and did an exceptional job with both the installation and setup.
