"I have been trying since November 2nd to have a water cooler and 4 empty water jugs picked up. I have been on countless phone calls and been promised they would come in the next few business days. Well, there have been plenty of those since November 2nd. I don't work 9-5 and have explained this MANY times. I've given them my hours for the next 5 days in advance and still they can't get this done. I'm so disgusted! My business is small and having this much stuff sitting around is a real detriment."

"Another review mentioned rude drivers and I couldn't agree more. One of their drivers delivers to a business near my house and BLASTS music from his truck while making his delivery. He's there typically 20 minutes or so. It's so loud I can hear it from any room in my house with the windows closed. I asked him to turn it down once and he got very aggressive. I've called to complain several times and he turns it down for the next few deliveries and then it's right back to blasting. It's quite maddening"

"This company has lazy and rude drivers.Within 5 minutes I witnessed one driver parked on the pedestrian crosswalk,corner of York and Howard.The next truck was worst,it blocked a quarter of a residences driveway on Davenport Ave.Would they park that truck that way in Orange?The only good person in this company is Erika.When I called the comp.'s number and told her what happened she Immediately apologized twice.And said she will mention it to the supervisor so they will be more aware of their surroundings."
