"I cannot recommend Poolman Pools of East Windsor enough!! They went above and beyond for us! They did beautiful work, cleaned up everything, communicated every step of the way and were always 100% professional. 12 out of 10. Unfortunately, we were in a terrible situation with the first pool company, that has since dissolved. Tate and his team took the disaster that the original company left us with and gave us the pool we have always dreamed of."

"We have used Poolman Pools of E.Windsor for the past four seasons. They have installed a new liner, opened/closed, winterized and have provided chemicals for every season. However, even with proper care on our part there is ALWAYS a problem every season. •Liner installed constantly falls from the walls every winter and has to be fixed every opening. •Liner installed has bumps, ridges and very hard protrusions behind the liner deep in the pool. (Previous liner never had this issue) •Have been told by owner he would come out and investigate, blamed our drainage. (Again previous liner had no issues like this) •Not great at schedules or remembering what services were requested. When we requested winterization and chemical balancing for the winter it never occurred. Requested new stair and railing but was forgotten during initial installation (main reason they came) it was forgotten at the office and couldn’t install it for another week. •Chlorinator exploded this past opening (cheap product). Was always stored inside during winter…. •Their store rep Breanna was their only saving grace the past few seasons. She always went above and beyond. Cannot say the same for Poolman as a whole. I will not be using them for anything. Their cost vs product is whacked. I’ll be using a small business who comes when scheduled, has done an impeccable job this year and delivers superb service."

"Tate and his team went above and beyond to help design, implement, and initially maintain our pool. The job also required extensive drainage work, which was done extremely well (and worked throughout many immediate storms). Tate was very responsive & transparent, and best of all preferred accuracy and quality over quickness - all of which made the entire job easy. Would highly recommend Poolman Pools for your project!"

"Had Tate and his team design and install a brand new custom inground pool last summer. We could not be happier! His whole crew was great to work with. The quality of the entire project far exceeded our demanding expectations. Several people have commented on the layout of the complex plumbing installation, it's truly a work of art. Even with the crazy weather, they were still able to maintain the schedule as promised. When the swim season came to an end, the guys did a great job winterizing the entire system and installing the safety cover and explaining the process as they went along. Each time I've visited the retail store, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. They do a great job of analyzing the water and making sure you have what you need to keep it balanced. Overall we couldn't be more satisfied with the Poolman Pools experience. Highly recommend!"

"I had been to Poolman for some chemicals and other supplies, and they were very nice and helpful. When it came time to close the pool for the season, I hired them, and they gave me a date. I had left for the weekend on that date and they never showed up. They finally came a week later and took two days... to close a pool. They installed new anchors for the cover and didn't tell me, so I got an invoice for $140 a week later. Ridiculous. I just opened the pool filter for the season to get it ready and they never even cleaned the filter. There was DE sitting at the bottom of it. They just left everything there. I absolutely won't be using them for service anymore."
