"First of all, I’d just like to say that I’ve never been serviced by this company so I don’t know their work ethic, however, judging by the reviews I’d say it’s terrible. Just 10 minutes ago I got ran off the road by the Mt Kisco Pool Service truck. Today is Wednesday August 8th and this was about 8:45pm that this happened. I was driving past the Khol’s and the truck just pulled out of this driveway on the left side, just about t-boning me. Despite honking my horn, your reckless driver continued to speed past me, IN THE LEFT LANE OVER THE YELLOW LINE, CUTTING ME OFF. I am outraged and downright mortified by this. I had my sister in the car with me. Everyone is okay including my car. Just think though... if they can drive this recklessly, how good can the work they do be? Hopefully something is done regarding this, I am thinking about paying a visit to your location very soon. Cheers."

"First let me start off by saying that I don't know how anyone can rate this company above a 1 star. This is the worst company that I ever had to deal work. Let me be a little more specific. I called this company because I was having problems with my swimming pool heater. I was originally told that the cost would be $200.00 for the service charge and then I will have to pay for the part(s) and labor. I was also told that before they can proceed, I would have fill out an information sheet and provide them with a copy of my credit, which I reluctantly did. I waited for approximately a week and got no answer. I then decided to call them again. This time, the secretary stated that before the person goes out to the home, I believe his name is Paul, that he wants me to understand that the cost is $200.00 per hour, which includes travel time. Just to confirm what she was saying, I asked her that if the person is stuck in traffic for 2 hours that I will be charge $400.00 before the person even looks at the job and she stated yes. I told her that not even a doctor or lawyer charges you before getting to their office and I never heard of such a thing. At that point, she stated that she would confirm with Paul, but he's not going to be happy that I'm questioning his price and will probably not want to do the job. She then put me on hold. About 5 minutes later, she return and stated that Paul said that he doesn't want to do the job now because he doesn't appreciate his prices being questions. I was extremely shocked and discontinued our conversation. Therefore, I say to anyone looking for work to be done on their pool to stay far away from Mt. Kisco pool. Unfortunately, there is no rating low enough to give this company. I must say that the secretary was extremely pleasant and should not be faulted by the decision made by individual that fail to understand that customers make a business thrive. Over charging customers will eventually cause one's business to go under. Based on the way I was treated, I will be recommending to my friends, colleagues and family members not to do any business with Mt. Kisco Pool Service."
