"The store was very empty today. Do they not have people to stock the shelves? Very bizarre experience today."
"Every person who steps foot in this store is treated as a criminal. Half of the items in the store are under lock & key, and getting help is spotty at best. What is especially terrible is all baby formula is locked up, with the THREE call buttons for the aisle removed. I tried a call button on an adjacent aisle, but after 5 minutes I had to go searching for help. Don't worry though, they had all the call buttons for deodorant, shampoo, and laundry detergent installed and functioning. It shows you the priorities of this company and this specific location that they prioritize Degree Antiperspirant over food for our youngest and most vulnerable members of society."
"They lock up the socks and underwear. I'm not interested in waiting for an employee to help me get some boxers. Target is a huge corporation. They already save money by doing self check out. If they're that worried about theft, hire a few more employees, don't inconvenience your customers."
"The late night manager, or at least the woman in charge of locking up, was extremely rude with no cause for such behavior. I've worked in the service industry, actually as a grocery store cashier, and I would never have engaged with a customer as she did. That being said, the cashiers and other workers have been kind, so I'm giving a couple stars due to their wonderful service. I had to make a last-minute purchase. I knew where the item was, but I was still respectful of the time. That being said, the entrance doors were still open when I arrived, so I continued through and was rudely greeted by who I think is the late night manager. She kept telling me they close in a few minutes. I said I knew and that I was going to make a quick purchase. I tried to clarify the location of the item to double check (it's electronics, so there's only one place it could be), and she rudely cut me off, said "yeah, sure," and that, again, they close in a few minutes. I understand trying to deter last-minute customers, but immediately assuming a rude attitude will only serve to deter ALL customers. Despite the delay she caused, I was out of the door by closing time, before earlier arrivals even. I just moved to the area and have already made a few purchases at this Target since it's close, but interactions like this are strong deterrents."
"Simply incredible. This Target is HUGE! Their selection is amazing! They even have their own Disney section with a storytelling movie for kids!! Also, an added bonus is if your kids like planes it’s right in the landing pattern for Logan and tons fly right over it! Hands down my favorite Target now! 10/10"
