Rent-A-Center

"Worst place ever. The main guy who works there has taken extra money from my account without permission and had to fight for it back. I've asked them multiple times to put me on the do not call list, and obviously, they have not since I receive about 3 calls daily from them. I than answer the phone to tell them to quit calling me, and before I can say anything else, he hangs up the phone and proceeds to take the phone from anyone who answers your call when calling back to complain and gives you nothing but attitude."

"If zero was an option I would give it . These are the most unprofessional, rude , annoying people I have ever delt with my entire life. Not even joking I am confused on how Jose is still someone in charge, He will go back and forth every time you tell him something and reflects his traumas and inabilities he had as a child in his work ethic, it is embarssing and I feel bad. He talks to people like dirt as a reflection of what he feels about himself. I told him I work with autistic students and use my phone to collect data with my timer and he said "you dont need to answer , why do you answer?" ugh maybe because you call 8 times in 5 minutes, disrupting their learning. I hope someone sees this and gets him out of that position cause he does not belong as a manager."

"These people will harass you for days at a time, literally have called me more times than they called me to tell me my brother passed away, you tell them you can’t speak til after 4 pm and the manager Jose will try to talk back to you and go back and forth about when YOU are available. I was literally at work and school and told him this and he insisted on harassing me ! I hate this place with a passion"

"I have used Rent-a-Center in the past and this is BY FAR the worst one and I will never go back. Very POOR communication. Was told that auto-payments come out and then the last one would finish off. Then when seeing that payments were still being taken out after being "paid off" I called. They told me i have to give permission to have the last payment taken out. I was never told I have to call for the last payment. Then they jumped my bill up twice the amount that was actually due. I have never had this kind of issue before and I will not be going back. Very disappointed"

"I have been renting from Store 4317 for several years. Jose R. has gone above & beyond for me & my family whenever I've needed anything or when I've run into financial problems. Jose R. worked with me to get me back on track. He's extremely hard working and very professional. Jose R. always been a pleasure to talk too, and very polite. I had recent issue with my account and Jose fixed it immediately for me, he deserves a promotion. He was absolutely amazing. Not bad on the eyes either(personal opinion)."
