"We built our pool using Lang pools. The process started during the summer of 2020. It was a very challenging time period with regards to supply chain issues, but Lang got the job done in a timely fashion. We contacted Lang pools and Chris Lang promptly responded and began the journey with us. He guided us through the process and got the necessary permits through the town. We needed a Wetlands Variance, and he was instrumental in obtaining that for us as well. Ron DeLeo was our project manager and was great from the beginning of the construction project. He continues to remain very responsive to my inquiries and provides reliable responses and solutions. I also continue to use Lang pools for my yearly servicing. They open and close my pool each year, and provide me with reliable weekly service with extremely friendly staff. Steve Caldwell is in charge of this portion of the business and is truly excellent. He is very responsive to my email requests, and even responds after hours and on the weekends. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Even if they did not put your pool in, I would certainly use them for service."

"Our experience with Lang Pools has been extraordinary. They surpassed our expectations in every respect. We built a new house and wanted a beautiful pool and spa to add to our backyard enjoyment. We signed with Lang right before Christmas. Lang broke ground right after permits were obtained in mid January. And the pool was essentially completed by the end of February just waiting to be plastered in April, which also went flawlessly. We watched neighboring homes over the past few years who engaged other pool builders take 6 or more months to complete their pools in some cases even losing a whole season.
