"Bought an old house with sketchy small bathrooms. Despite some questionable past choices, they managed to turn out to very nice bathrooms for me. 1. Saved and repainted the vanity and medicine cabinet new tile, new lights. 2. Saved floor tile. Everything else is new. Tyler built a new vanity overnight to replace the child size ugly one. There were some serious problems. Including mold and no vent in one of the bathrooms. They problem solved all of the not so great issues and I now have two beautiful functional bathrooms.
